Students in PreK-104 hatched baby chicks in the spring.  The children engaged in “scientific thinking” as described in the NYS PreK Foundation for the Common Core (PKFCC): “makes observations and describes changes in objects, living things, and natural events in the environment.” For more information about the PKFCC, click here .
